At Tucker, our most important resource is our staff, and we are always looking for top talent. We'd love your help! Through our new referral program, anyone outside of Tucker can refer a candidate to the job selection process.
If your candidate referral is hired as a Tucker Employee, and passes the 90-day retention mark, we'll thank you by sending you a $500 gift card.
Here's the fine print:
- New referrals only – individual cannot be in the current pipeline
- In the instance where we receive more than one referral for the same individual, the payout will be issued to the first person who sent in the referral, according to the time the form was submitted
- Referred employee must be in good standing at the end of the 90-day period (not on a performance improvement plan or having any other documented performance issues)
- Agencies and/or staffing firms are not eligible
- All submissions will be reviewed, not all will be contacted
- Tucker Company Worldwide, Inc. ("Tucker") reserves the right to cancel or change this program at any time
